  • Who cleans up after?
    We ask that the contracting parties clean up their trash and take all decor and personal belongings.
  • Do you have a Dj I can hire?
    Yes as long as the booking is within a 30 day prior grace period and the booking date is available.
  • Do you rent chairs, linen and tables?
    Yes for onsite events only.
  • How many hours are included in rental?
    6 hour rental which includes set up and clean up. Everyone must be out no later than midnight. Additional time will include a $100 fee that cant exceed 1 am. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Will there be venue staff onsite?
    Yes a D&S event staff will be on standby for emergency assistance only. The contracting party will need to contact the designated persons that will be provided upon signing the contract in the event.
  • Is alcohol allowed?
    No alcohol is allowed on the premises. In the event this policy is broken all contracting parties will be held fully responsible and liable for any occurrences.
  • Is there parking onsite?
    Yes.
  • Is there an accessibility entrance?
    Yes .
  • Is there a deposit required?
    Yes there is a non-refundable deposit due upon booking of $350.
  • Can I change the booking date?
    Yes you may change the booking date only if that date isn't already booked.
  • How many guests does the venue hold?
    75.
